Blackjack is paid 3:2 and you are offered Insurance when the dealer is showing an ACE. In addition, you can split any pairs and you can double on any card. Once the game starts you will get your cards and will have to make a decision. Once all the players have decided the decision that has the Majority will be applied to the hand.

If the vote is split let’s say 50-50 then Basic Strategy will be applied.
If there are not enough players to vote for Majority Rules, then again Basic Strategy will be applied. This is very unlikely though because most of the time there will be a lot more than 3 players on the table.
